Merrimack - Townspeople have been anticipating the development of the
Harold and Barbara Watson Park since Harold Watson purchased 12
contaminated acres along the banks of the Souhegan, in 2002, and

council swore in six members to the park committee to make decisions on

Harold Watson, Rich Maloon, Jackie Flood, Ruth Roulx, Constance Kreider
and Phil Straight took the oath to serve on the commission until the
project is completed.
