I noted growing community interest at many current and former Defense installations across the country.<o:p></o:p></p><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>Back in the 1990s, the Defense Department participated in the Federal Facilities Environmental Restoration Dialogue Committee, and it sponsored the National Dialogue on Military Munitions.
