> The Department of Defense’s Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) and Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) are seeking proposals for the development and demonstration of non-fluorine based firefighting formulations and/or technologies as candidates for funding beginning in Fiscal Year (FY) 2020. Projects will be selected through a competitive process.
